Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds, in case of any refunds ( mentioned Below )we will only issue a STORE CREDIT which can be used for future purchases from the store. In certain cases where customer doesnt wants to purchase from the store and needs money as refund on bank account , admin may approve it into original payment mode only if it is valid request.

Once after you receive the parcel , take an opening video to claim refund on below cases. To avoid many fake cases we have taken necessary steps.
- The item may be damaged during transit.
- or there might be a manufacturing defect.
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you.If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product due to some reasons ( Might be the product is out of stock ) , then we will issue the refund to the customer which might take 5-7 working days to get transferred.
- In case if you didnt like the product you can return , you can raise the request from my account , once after we approve return pickup will be arranged . once after receiving the product in same condition we have sent you we can initiate refund . In this case we will not refund you shipping charges , spent to send us back and also the shipping charges which we have spent to send you .
Return of a product :
We recommend that while shipping an item back, Pack the product in same condition , we can assure the refund once it is received in same condition we sent . if you are shipping back per kg we reimburse Rs.50 – Rs.60 only, so kindly try to send back to us through INDIA POST.
